I want to return an item, where do I start?

Please visit https://www.zaero-design.co.uk/pages/returns to see if you are eligible for a return. 

 

My item arrived damaged, faulty or not as described. What should I do?

Please can you email info@zaerodesignuk.com with your order number and proof of the faulty item. We’ll get in touch with you within 24 hours (weekdays), to confirm receipt and give more details on the return process.

 

I would like to become an  Zaero Design UK Dealer, where do I sign up?

Do you ship outside of the U.K?

No, we ship within the UK only.
Please enquire with info@autoid.co for shipping outside of the UK on Zaero Design products.

 

My item says it been dispatched, how can I track it?

Check your emails for an automated email from our system. This will include a link to track your item. If you cannot see the email, get in contact using the information above.

 

Do you offer discounts for group buys?

Yes, we offer group buys. Please get in contact using the information above.

 

Do you provide a warranty on your parts?
